Who is Russell Cummings?

Russell Cummings is a career consultant having spent the last 25 years working as a Strategy and Business Development Facilitator to a wide cross-section of businesses and industries.

He has operated a number of successful consulting businesses and has assisted a number of his SME clients to successfully grow their businesses and profits.

Working with family based businesses is his real passion with typical clients ranging from $300K to $120M turnover. Russell has also worked with several Corporate, Government and Industry clients at a strategic level.

He specialises in facilitating the development of strategic plans with a focus on strategic marketing. He has a great understanding of business and is a competent financial analyst and strategic thinker.

He is in demand as an Executive Coach and currently coaches more than 56 business owners from Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom in improved business skills.

Russell and his family have recently made a "sea-change” and moved to Bundaberg in Queensland to focus on other business interests and life balance. He is married to Carolyn and they have 2 beautiful daughters – Ella (10 yo) and Charlie (8 yo). Russell’s interests include: sailing, rugby and reading crime fiction.
